My Students

I am so very fortunate to teach a wonderful group of happy, lively, five-year-olds who love learning and thirst for knowledge. Every day is filled with excitement and new experiences. My students are creative, inquisitive, and fearless when it comes to learning. My students are just starting on their educational path.

I want to hook them on school, like a fish on a pole.

Learning should be a fun adventure and I am loving being their tour guide!

I love seeing the world through their eyes as they discover new ideas and create work that they never even knew was possible.

My students range in abilities, from children who are still learning their letters and sounds to those who are reading above grade level.

My Project

I am obsessed with Ron Clark and admire his dedication to children. He is the rock star of the education world! The money I am requesting would fund a two-day learning extravaganza from THE most dynamic, creative, and innovative educator in the United States.

This trip would be the ultimate dream come true for this educator.

It would be the experience of my lifetime. Through classroom observations and workshops, I will learn ways to increase student engagement, ensure academic rigor, and create a climate and culture that leads to success. The donations cover the cost of the classes at the academy. Ron Clark is the master of motivating and educating students, including this adult student!
