My Students

I am Ms. Davis and my second graders are starting to take on the responsibility for their belongings and actions this school year. We are a school in New Jersey where a majority of our students receive free breakfast and lunch. My students come from a variety of cultural backgrounds and very low income households.

Despite their everyday challenges, they show up every day ready to take on the world in order to achieve their ultimate goal of college.

I hope that together we can change the world!

My Project

My students come from a low income community and our school does not have a lot of resources. We are in dire need of tools in the classroom in order for them to have a fair chance. I have requested Keena Ford and the Second-Grade Mix- Up and Freckle Juice.

Your generous donation to our project will improve our second grade classrooms by allowing them to fully engage in reading!

This will give them the opportunity to them to properly engage in chapter books and give them relate-able books to excel in our classrooms this school year.

The students have limited access to books at home. My students are the future leaders of tomorrow and they need you invest in their future.
