We have the best K students around. Our 24 students are comprised of students in both general and special education who are full of energy and bright smiles who live in the San Francisco Bay Area. They are kind, love learning, and cooperate with each other. They all are so happy and eager to be in school and absorb every little thing that is being taught. They are compassionate and caring individuals that are learning how to assist one another despite their differences. Our students work with two classroom teachers (general education and special education) plus two wonderful para-educators.
Our goal is to provide my diverse learners with meaningful projects and instructional resources to address the disabilities that impede their learning such as attention deficit disorder, dyslexia, social-emotional difficulties, and autism.
My Project
I am asking for a wireless color printer for my classroom. I use a printer everyday but now the printer is broken. The printer is an essential tool for my classroom for various reasons. With this printer, I will be able to print various visual aides that provide support to my students. Having access to a printer in the classroom will make learning more accessible. I will also use this printer to print other items such as daily work and tools for teaching important skills that are needed for the success of each student. This printer will also make our daily activities more visually appealing. There is so much I could do for my students with a printer in the classroom.
