Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Our students come from across our city and our entire school qualifies for free lunch and transportation to and from school based on the fact that the majority of our students live below the poverty level.

Despite the issues facing our students, they come to school every day and persevere.

Most every student attends college post-graduation. Our students need any support available, as our school and district often cannot provide the resources necessary for our students to compete with other high schools in our region.

My Project

I am requesting a scanner and scanner/printer to be used to upload documents for online learning as we are currently stuck at home and creating a distance learning plan. With this technology, I will be able to upload documents for students to utilize as a means of keeping some level of normalcy during these uncertain times.

Being able to provide the students with learning opportunities during this time of crisis.

Students will appreciate the ability to have challenging work delivered to them through online platforms. The students will greatly benefit from your help. Your help and these scanner, printer options will go a long way.
