This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

If you want to see terrific kids, help fund our project and see the pictures of my class. These children are so fun-loving and full of life. Each day, not only are they learning, I am also learning new things from them.

Many of these children come from low-income homes.

It is very hard for them to get supplies and the items they need to help them in life. They deserve to have the very best. They attend a wonderful school; however, like many schools, money has become an issue.

My Project

My children are amazing. These children work hard everyday. Many of them do not bring snacks. Some children do. My class loves pretzels. We have even made pretzels in our class. One kid told his classmates he loves Auntie Annie’s pretzels. Many children didn’t know what that was. I looked it up on the computer and showed them. We then voted on what was the classes favorite pretzel. The cinnamon pretzel won. The children are so excited to post this project and see if it gets funded. It’s important that the children have a healthy snack each day. They focus and feel better. No child should ever have to be hungry. You can help keep the children’s bellies happy and full.
