My Students

My students are curious, lively, and full of energy for learning new things! Most come from a Middle Eastern heritage with a significant number of new immigrants learning to speak English. They are very excited to get to music class each week which I use as a vehicle not only to teach music, but to teach the English language. Remote teaching/learning gives me the opportunity to expand my own skills and make learning more fun, colorful and accessible for each student through the medium of technology.

My Project

Help our young elementary school composers learn to read and write their own musical compositions!

I teach young students to become creative musicians, vocalists and composers and they are ready and willing to learn!

All they need is the tools to work with. How exciting and motivating it will be for them to learn to use the FINALE music software and create their own sheet music from the songs and lyrics that they are writing! You can be an integral part of their learning with your donation today!
