This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

If you want to see terrific kids, help fund our project and see the pictures of my class. These children are so fun-loving and full of life. Each day, not only are they learning, I am also learning new things from them.

Many of these children come from low-income homes.

It is very hard for them to get supplies and the items they need to help them in life. They deserve to have the very best. They attend a wonderful school; however, like many schools, money has become an issue.

My Project

Our school loves to play basketball. We have made a school basketball team. We have been practicing and have decided to have a staff and student basketball game. The children want to look like a team. We need T-shirt’s to show each team. Everyone will get a shirt. Each week the children will play against other players. The children are so excited to show school spirit and work collaboratively with one another. Help build our schools team spirit. Help raise self confidence. The children will wear the shirts on game days. Thank you for taking the time to read our proposal.
