The boys in the 5th/6th basketball program are very responsible young men who are successful in the classroom. I want them to have the same success and support on the court. Please help me get them warm up shirts so that they can look like professionals on the basketball court.
My school is at a high poverty rate.
The boys want to look professional on the court but do not always have the funds to pay for what they need. Many of them play on several traveling sports teams and costs get very expensive for parents.
My Project
These shooting shirts will help our players create a sense of unity among them. Not only that, but they will have their team logo on the front and each player’s last name on the back which will help foster a sense of pride in each of our players. These boys will all look professional with matching shooting shirts. When they are supporting each other by sitting in the crowd as a team, others will be able to recognize the team support. What a great way to show support for each other and create that sense of unity! This will also encourage other classmates to come cheer on each team when the players wear these to school on the day of each game.
