My Students

I am a second year teacher who has 30 energetic 2th graders. My learners strive for excellence in everything they do. They have a love for learning and reading that constantly amazes me. My learners have helped create a classroom environment where we uplift our peers and work together to accomplish our goals. In this class, my learners have diverse needs.

My learners live up to our classroom motto; Curiosity Translating into Contribution - Play, Wonder, Explore, Serve.

They love to learn through real world experiences and than use their skills to benefit others.

My Project

I organize our class library at least once a quarter and it's impossible to keep organized. My kids devour books so quickly and never put them back in a neat way, but rather just throw the book on the shelf. By having book organizers, students will know where to put their books. Books can also stay organized by topic so students can more easily find books they are interested in.

An organized library can help students in their journey in becoming lifelong readers.

These book bins will help keep our classroom library organized and help me keep my sanity!
