I teach at a large public school with a diverse population of over 4,000 students. Each year, I personally teach 150 to 180 students, and I am consistently surprised by their drive and creativity.
My students come from a wide variety of different cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds.
While many of my students struggle daily to get the supplies they need for school, they all work hard in my class. All my students embrace the positive and supportive culture I try to build each year in my classroom, and they love when we take on learning in new and exciting ways. My students love to challenge the status quo, and I hope this project will help them do just that.
My Project
My AP World students need help preparing for the AP World History Exam this Spring. AlbertiO lets them practice their test taking skills efficnetly with real time feedback so we can spend more class time learning content and building skills.
My students want to read, think, and write like historians but they also need to learn how to take this rigorous test.
For most of them, this is their first AP class and they are not only learning content but they are also learning HOW to take a test like this. I want to make class engaging and exciting (and not just a test prep course) to help fulfill their love of history but I need support in helping them build those test taking skills. This software gives me that support.
