My students are among the smartest, brightest, loving and most inquisitive students out there! I have the privilege of teaching kindergarten! Each child enters my room with a different story and background, and my job is to bring them in as my own and create a loving and safe environment for them to learn and grow. My classroom is full of 25 enthusiastic, engaged kindergartners. They come to school eager to learn new things every day. We are constantly pushing forward to meet curriculum guidelines and benchmarks.
My Project
Doesn't everyone want to feel important? In my classroom, I try to give every student their own moment in the spotlight. That is why I created a very special seating area called my VIP table.
I want to add to the VIP space in my classroom by adding a Flex-Space Comfy Stool from Lakeshore Learning.
This special VIP stool will be used when my students come to the carpet for morning meetings, for read alouds, and for direct instruction! Students will have the option to sit on the stool, and they will be my VIP helper for the day.
This stool is durable and it will last for many years to come. Thank you for taking the time to read my project and for your consideration in helping my students to grow, to learn, and to succeed in kindergarten!
