Help me give my students the freedom to incorporate technology live sessions in the classroom that allows them to effectively communicate and demonstrate their learned skills and receive feedback from the teacher in real time lesson presentations.

My students are the epitome of strength and courage because they get up each day facing personal challenges in life but yet they push forward to get to school each day with bettering themselves and their situation. We find that in lower socioeconomic areas, the surrounding business don't enter into partnerships with schools that are within these areas because there is an unspoken of perception that these children are unappreciative of what they have.
Students build their appreciation for education and life based upon their positive experiences within the educational setting. Majority of the children I work with live in horrific situations, neglect (medically and physically) and then have to enter into a classroom that is less than appeasing to their mental pallet. As a teacher from the heart, I find it hard to focus and guide students who have to leave chaotic situations at home and come into a classroom that is often disorganized because they lack the proper resources to make the student environment comfortable and inviting. With continual budget cuts in education, the resources for presenting students with a stable, clean and organized environment that is conducive to learning and boosting self confidence is rapidly declining.
NearPod is a student engagement platform with ready-to-run interactive lessons for K-12 teachers. This subscription will level the playing field for my students because it will provide another differentiated way for students to be taught and also take ownership in their learning.
Nearpod keeps students engaged and at the forefront of their learning because it interactive and also provides teachers with the element of immediate feedback to students.
With this program subscription, teachers can share a live session with students by providing students with a lesson code, and the lesson is synced to all devices and displayed from the smart board to allow students to have accountable talks and also collaboration amongst their peers in real time.
