This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students from Mattawa are part of the Migrant Program that helps them succeed and have a bright future. This program gives children from all cultures and various incomes, an opportunity to learn and thrive within the district. My students are little people with big knowledge who are ready to succeed and overcome any barrier that comes their way. They are very eager to learn and have a bright future. In order to do that, they need the essentials first so they can become great learners and have the same learning experiences as everyone else. Their little minds are already processing so many things throughout the day that i wouldn't like them worrying about stuff that they might need to succeed.

My Project

These materials will help our students learning by giving them more knowledge, helping them learn, and build new words and expand their language learning as well. Math flashcards will be used to help them become familiar with multiplication and division. These materials will be used here at school on everyday basis we will focus on a subject depending how much help they need. Prizes will be provided when they reach a certain level just so that we can motivate them and keep them going to do better and learn more. Clothes are provided to kids that come to school without a jacket or wear the same clothes everyday.
