My Students

I truly have enjoyed working at my school. I have been able to work with a diverse group of children that I feel often teach me more than I teach them. I go to work every day and feel so blessed to be around such wonderful children. I teach 2nd grade. They are learning to read, write, socialize, etc.

In this class, we are dedicated to learning as much as we can and trying our very best along the way!

My classroom is about learning along the way, being kind, trying our best, building relationships, learning how to work together in a group, building each other up, following directions, and so much more. We are so happy to be together and learn along the way!

My Project

All of our students have access to iPads and I want my students to be able to utilize them to take notes in class.

Most of the time our iPads don't get used in ways that make them effective.

I want my students to see the value of technology and how to appropriately use it to become global citizens of our world!

We live in a world that is constantly changing and the students I have in my classroom today and going forward will need digital skills and competencies as they grow up more than ever in order to compete in the future job market. I want to make sure my students are prepared from day one.
