My kindergarten class LOVES to visit Letterland, the secret place where letters live. In the learning materials made by the Letterland company, each letter is represented by a special character, which has its own unique sound and shape. It is amazing how well the students are learning the sounds of the letters and how to make the letters! I would love to give the students some resources that would allow them to visit Letterland during learning-center time (when they study on their own). Sammy Snake's Snap is a game that works on letter recognition and word building. A Letterland giant alphabet puzzle will show all of the characters while building literacy and visual-discrimination skills. Three sets of Letterland magnetic letters will help build words in a super fun way while allowing three kids to play/learn at once! The Picture Code Cards will let the kids tell the characters' stories, learning their sounds. Since my kids love to visit Letterland during our literacy time, they will be even more thrilled to extend their visit--and they won't even realize they are learning! Please consider helping my class play literacy games in Letterland so that they can become life-long learners! Thank you!
