Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My second grade classroom is in a trailer. The rainy season is here and students have a long outside walk to use the bathroom. These umbrellas will help them get back to class dry and warm.

My second graders are often hungry throughout the day because they are growing and working so hard!

These snacks will keep them going! The soup and hot chocolate are for rainy days when they need to warm up. Also, since we are in a trailer, students track in mud from recess so they shoe rack and slipper socks will save the classroom!
