My Students

I teach approximately 60 third through fifth grade children. My students are very diverse, but they are all extremely creative, innovative, and love to explore new ideas and concepts.

In our classroom, my students learn that in order to be truly innovative they must be willing to take risks that may involve failure.

They also learn that experiences that begin with failure are simply opportunities from which to learn and become successful. They are transforming into lifelong learners that are not afraid to explore, improve, and reinvent the world around them.

My Project

Some of my students are high energy and need the freedom to wiggle and move in their seats. I would like to provide flexible seating to as many of them as possible. I am trying to make this possible for them one chair at a time.

Help us add more flexible seating to our classroom with this chair that will allow students to bounce and wiggle freely without disrupting others around them.

This gift to our classroom will make a huge difference to a student that needs the freedom to wiggle and move.
