Our school is located in an urban setting and is very diverse. From ethnic to family to economic diversity, we celebrate everyone! Our school is an inclusive school which means every class has students with special needs. We teach a peaceful approach to learning together. I teach lovely little learners.

My Project
My first grade students need a class set of mini twistable crayons and crayola washable markers which they use across academic areas. We also need magnetic learning activities for center work, like magnetic picture makers and magnetic gears. A set of flash cards for reading will be displayed on the wall for help with reading and writing and basic word study. A set of a,b,c magnetic letters help us study words, too.
A lot of materials goes into running a classroom full of curious little learners.
