My Students
My fourth-grade class has 32 students in it. My students are eager to learn, enjoy school and are motivated to succeed. They love to use their imagination and grow as learners. We are a large school with over 1,000 students. We are a Title I school and all the students in my school all receive free breakfast and lunch. Many of the students in my school are English as Second Language learners. We have many different languages spoken in my school. My students come to school with big smiles and are ready to learn and achieve great things!
My Project
My students need additional biography books for our classroom library. It is so important for my students to have choice when reading. These books will help them learn about many important people around the world. They will then become inspired to do the great things these people have done. We also need mystery books for our book club unit. This will allow my students to read the same book as other students and discuss the books just like adults do in a book club.
