HELP! Century Old Classroom Means No Shelving.
My students need 2 storage shelves to put all their amazing classroom supplies.
We have a lovely classroom full of great learning materials. There are tons of puzzles and learning games across the curriculum. The only problem is that the classroom is a part of a school over a hundred years old. Lots of great windows but very little shelves to store all these great materials.
I teach 22 wonderfully diverse first graders in an urban setting.
Our diversity ranges from ethnic to economic to family diversity. We teach acceptance and learn in a peaceful environment. Our school is an inclusion school. That means every class serves children with special needs.
I am asking for 2 birch wood shelved storage units. We have so many amazing materials in our first grade classroom that will fit in these sturdy shelving units. The children will easily access math materials as well as puzzles and language arts games. We will also put play toys in the shelves. There's room for everything in the extra-deep storage units...from big books & oversized game boxes to large manipulative tubs and more! Generously sized compartments provide plenty of space for stacking & storing supplies...all at a kid-friendly height to keep classroom essentials within reach! The best part is that they come assembled!
Thank you for considering our classroom project.
By giving to our classroom you will be giving to children for years to come as these shelves will last a long time to come.
I am so appreciative of givers like you and I am grateful from the bottom of my heart.
