My Project

Despite many of the negative affects of Covid, the female athletes at PHS still choose to pursue a very big dream of starting a beach volleyball program. We are a small rural school with limited opportunities for new programs. One of the most beautiful things about this program being started is the fact that they were able to come together, to make an idea a reality. Last year, Covid impacted beach volleyball to the point that many teams were only able to play one game. We are so very fortunate to have this program started. We have had to fundraise for everything, including jerseys, balls, referees and travel.

We would love the opportunity to purchase GoPros to help us film and analyze games to be as competitive as possible in this brand new opportunity.

We hope to keep up with surrounding teams and continue to persevere after Covid.
