Hello, my students are all nonverbal autistic kids. They are not able to understand why they can't go to school and see their teacher and friends. They are not able to speak or write without help they need hands on supplies.
My Project
My students are nonverbal autistic kids and need some items to have at their houses to learn with. I want them to get school supplies and a few treats to brighten their days. They are all very sweet. I am making a campaign for each of my three students. This is going to impact my student Dilan. He is nonverbal, but is very sweet and ready to learn. This distance learning is confusing to us as adults, but it is harder for the kids. Help me brighten their day and give them something to help do their work during these hard times. My students learn hands on in our classroom at school. I am now doing virtual learning. They are not able to tell me their answer. One way these items could impact them and their learning is by giving them items to move and pick up or make an art project. One example lesson I would use with these supplies is when we are working on learning their letters they can use their alphabet puzzle to show me the correct letter that I am asking them for. The second part of my items is to give them a favorite snack to eat like they did when they were in the class. My kids are low income students that need support in many ways.
