My Students

My students are just so amazing. I'm the head of the Theater Dept., so I get a vast variety of students in my classes and our Thespian Troupe club (ITS), and each and everyone of them possesses their own talents and ambitions.

It's amazing to see a student not only grow within their own craft, but to build up others and work together on a project or show.

Show biz can be crazy, and its incredible how these students pull it all off through their team work and individual drive.

My Project

At districts the students take individual events in either tech or performance and go before judges to be judged and rated. This feed back allows the students to not only thrive within a friendly competitive setting but use the constructive criticism and exposure to their advantage in their professional future.

It is an experience that plants ambition and growth within its participants.

The students get to not only do their own pieces and projects, but see and experience others; opening their eyes to the endless possibilities that theater and performing arts holds. After this trip you just see a boost in your students, and seeing a student succeed is just the most satisfying thing after watching them work so hard to reach their goals.
