It's all about fourth grade this year! Our elementary school is located in an urban, inner city school district. My classroom consist of 22 eager to learn fourth grade students. Most of my students been students at the campus for many years. We definitely have a history with most of our students and their families. This makes my campus unique in providing an education for our families and creating lasting relationships with them.
Most of my students look forward to coming to school each day to explore the world and learn beyond their imaginations.
I am fortunate to have 1:1 iPads for my students to use. This technology allows my students to learn beyond our walls. I create interactive lessons as well as students create projects. These resources would add to my students' learning to excel expectations. There are no funds for additional teaching supplies, let alone resources for students.
These Lakeshore learning tools will help increase my students' academic achievements. In fourth grade, students have high expectations in literacy and why not make it fun! The Can Do Reading Games will turn reading into something the'll want to do all the time! The Lakeshore Learning resources will help provide student-led learning. The Can Do Reading Games will be using in reading stations as well as guided reading with the teacher.
Headphones will help provide the opportunity for independent learning as well as a tool for discovery.
Headphones will give students an opportunity to concentrate on their learning as well as achieve at high levels.
