My Students

Let’s get our heart beating.

Growing up in the urban city many young teenagers don't get adequate physical activity on a daily basis.

This project is aim to promote a healthy life style which would lead into adulthood.

As a P.E. and Health Educator for over 10 years, my focus and goal is to teach my students skills and educate them on proper form. They will set fitness goals that are achievable. I want them to rock healthy bodies.

Since technology rules how are students learn, I want to use fitness technology to get them excited about being healthy and achieving individual goals. This is a P.E. and Health game changer!

My Project

It is extremely important to teach my students accountability for their health.

Technology use in the Physical Education and Health will provide individual goals in real time for student to track their progress.

This will be all achieved through various circuit training, obstacle courses and team sports to help improve cardio endurance.

Students will be enthusiastic incorporating technology with each and every workout! Movement will uplift their emotional status and support academic achievement in the classroom! Physical Education is key to proper fitness goals to promote life style changes and long term goals into adulthood! I want my students to be Heart Healthy with Cardio Endurance!
