My Students

I work at a rural, small school. My students are very hard workers despite their situations and lower ability levels. They show up to school everyday and give 100%.

They are eager to learn more with technology so that they are better prepared for the real world.

They thrive when they can use their computers to complete an assignment or learn something new. They are very motivated by being able to use their computers in class. Technology is a big deal for them.

My Project

Students constantly need earphones in order to listen to assessments, videos, etc. online. These will help my students always be ready and prepared to hear what is needed.

They use their Chromebooks daily to access different things for all of their classes.

Many times assessments are given online and they can have the computer read aloud questions if they have headphones to use.

My students will use these headphones in multiple classes to access the material in different ways. They will be able to have their assessments read aloud to them at their own pace. They will be able to watch videos that can increase their understanding.
