What makes my students special is the fact that they have experienced schooling through a pandemic and still found a way to make the best out of it by attending online zoom classes and completing assignments through google classroom. Over the past year and a half teachers have had to find several ways to keep students engaged through online courses which we all can agree was a struggle in the beginning because students learn better in person, however, we made the most of what we had and made sure we stuck to our main goal as teachers which is to make sure students are being educated in a safe and calm environment whether that environment is virtual or in-person.
The requested resources such as the outdoor recess games with assist my students to improve their social-emotional skills by bonding with each other using these strategic games that require them to work as a team to win.
The academic learning resources requested will help keep my students engaged by making learning fun and allowing them to learn as they are working on their social-emotional skills at the same time. These resources will support my students with their educational and social skills and ease their minds from the struggles they have endeavored through COVID-19.
