My students need Samsill Earth’s Choice Round 3-Ring Notebook Binders and Top Loading Sheet Protectors, Dixon Ticonderoga Pre-Sharpened Pencils, and Brother Genuine Ink Cartridges to help them improve their English language development and reading comprehension.

I teach 20 Kindergarten English Language Learners. The students that I teach come from the neighborhood surrounding a Title I school. Their native background includes Hispanic, African, and Asian. My students are learning English as a Second Language. Many of their parents do not speak English. I frequently have to purchase the necessary resources to enhance my kindergarten ELL students’ academic progress. Since I have a limited budget to purchase classroom resources, I am able to use a small amount for my classroom.
Many of my English Language Learners do not have enough supplies and materials at home to help them improve their English language development and reading comprehension. My students need Samsill Earth’s Choice Round 3-Ring Notebook Binders and Top Loading Sheet Protectors to put their stories and word lists in for daily reading practice at school and home.
Modeling fluent reading daily is a great way to help students improve their English language development and reading comprehension.
Providing my ELLs these notebook binders, stories, and word lists will give them the necessary tools to work with at home and encourage them to want to read every day.
My students also need Dixon Ticonderoga Pencils for daily writing in their journals. My students also need Brother Genuine ink cartridges to print their word lists and stories for daily reading practice. These supplies will help my students to keep their weekly stories in notebooks with sheet protectors so that they may take them home for daily practice. The ink cartridges will allow the students to print their stories and word lists. The pencils will allow us to write in our journals and help us to replenish what we have consumed.
