Help me give my students headphones to ensure they can focus and be successful learners.

Our students are the brightest innovative bunch from our southside Chicago neighborhood! Our bilingual Kindergarten class is full of students who show spontaneity, flexibility, honesty and limitless potential!
Even though many of us come from difficult circumstances, we strive to become the best and brightest by encouraging students to look beyond their borders at their potential as future leaders!
We are a small school with only one Kindergarten classroom but we have big goals and a growth mindset that won't quit! Challenges can be frustrating for me and my students but we persevere and I believe in having high expectations and aspirations for my students.
We personalize learning and create a safe space for our students in my school. I am always looking for ways to engage in inquiry-based learning to become better thinkers.
Imagine working in an office where everyone has to take their calls on speakerphone. Now imagine having to take someones' information and write it down in that amount of noise. Sometimes my students have to navigate their personalized learning programs in that amount of noise.
These headphones will help my students successfully focus on their technology based learning programs with much less distraction.
Students will also be able to articulate their learning and hear playback without disturbing others. These headphones will make the difference between success and failure for some students; particularly those who are learning English as a Second Language as well as students who are 'sound sensitive' and easily frustrated or distracted by outside noise.
Help us focus and become successful readers and learners!
