This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I have 25 students that are distinguished learners. We read on a daily basis. The students enjoy relaxing while reading. The students are asked to do reading logs every night and it is impossible without books at home. I need to make a comfortable inviting environment for the students to read on their extra time to complete the reading logs in class daily. Majority of my students are low income based and we are a Title I school. Let's help!

My Project

I have 25 awesome learners. We read on a daily basis. Some of the students unfortunately are unable to read independently. With this listening center, I am able to allow students with reading deficiencies to participate in independent reading log activities. I need to make a comfortable inviting environment for the students with reading deficiencies to read on their extra time to complete the reading logs in class daily. The listening center will be a great way to boost those students moral on reading. Majority of my students are low income based and we are a Title I school. Let's help enjoy reading too!
