My Project

We are doing such hard work in the classroom growing our reading skills! I want students to show off what they know and read with their grown-ups at home, too!

Many students are in transitions or may not have many books to rotate through at home.

My goal is to provide a sturdy bag for students in which they can bring home the books they are reading in class, to read to their grown-ups and continue to build their skills.

I want to make a Home Reading Club where their grown-ups can take a vested interest in their students' reading skills. The books going home will be familiar as they have been reading them in class, as well. I hope to get the grown-ups excited to get involved in their students' growth in reading.
