Help me give my students the ability to hear! We are in crowded classrooms and they need to practice listening and speaking with confidence!

I teach English as a Second Language, and the majority of our students come from poverty and war-torn countries. Many struggle with literacy in home language and come with a world of trauma on their backs. As well, most are SLIFE (students with limited or interrupted formal education) and need extra support.
We have chromebooks in the classrooms, but we are sadly lacking devices to listen and record-- like headphones. I teach English as a Second Language, and our classrooms are very large. Having headphones will help differentiate lessons, as well as give shy students opportunities to speak in a more intimate setting. They have requested wanting more opportunities to speak and practice pronunciation, as well as watch videos for comprehension, so again, these will help students in a full classroom do so! Thank you for your help and stay safe! Peace
