This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have been teaching for 18 years, and the students at this school are amazing. They want to be successful, they want to be educated, and they regularly show kindness to themselves and others. Our dedicated students are involved in sports, clubs, and programs that often require lots of time outside of class. We have award winning Band and Leadership programs.

Although we have free lunch some students can not get to the cafeteria during lunch or need food before or after school.

The snacks I am hoping to get will help students feel nourished throughout the day. I am also asking for Clorox wipes to keep my classroom tables and desks clean. Thank you for helping to nourish my students!
