Help me give my students healthy snacks to fuel them for a long afternoon of learning.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I am a Kindergarten teacher, in a high-poverty school district in New Jersey. I have 22 excited and eager students in my class this year. Despite the numerous challenges they face, my students love to learn and look forward to coming to school each day. For many of these students, this is the only stable and safe place that they have. I strive to create a peaceful classroom environment, where each student will be able to have fun as they grow and learn.
My Kindergarteners eat lunch at 10:30 in the morning! They are hungry in the afternoon, but most of my students do not have healthy foods that they can bring to school for snack time. If I can provide a healthy snack for each child in my class, it will give them energy to learn and grow throughout the afternoon in the classroom. This is a great way for them to begin to eat more healthy foods and learn that there are a variety of healthy items to choose from when selecting a snack. Please consider donating to this project to keep my hungry little learners fueled!
