My Students

In my English Learner classroom, the students speak, listen, write and read. Most are one or more years behind grade level as they must learn a whole new language than the one (or more) spoken at home.

Many times, my English learner students come to school hungry so these healthy snacks will nourish them.

All of my students love to learn new things. They are English learners with drive. They live in an economically depressed area but love school and where education can take them. Many are refugees from war-torn countries.

My Project

These turkey sausage snacks will help my English learner students to be more motivated to work within my classroom because they will have some good, old-fashioned protein that their bodies need.

I'd love these snacks for my English learner students!
