Healthy and Prepared Students in Mrs. Havelka's Class!
Help me give my students the materials and resources they need to have a great day. Simple things such as Kleenexes, Clorox Wipes, and a vacuum will help me keep my classroom healthy and ready every day!
My students are making leaps and bounds with their educational goals, but are still in need of resources to help them grow. Our school is a very low-income school. Most students come to school with nothing more than the clothes on their back, simply due to the financial situation at their house.
My students lack the necessary everyday resources and background experiences that most people take for granted!
The majority of the students have not left the area, struggle purchasing everyday items, and are not quiet sure when their next meal will be. They come to school just to feel the sense of belonging and comfort.
My Project
My students need the very basics in my classroom in order to have a successful day. By providing my students with a simple snack, it will help keep their tummies full long enough to keep them focused on their daily lessons.
My students need basic school supplies to succeed in school.
Pencils will keep my students ready and prepared. Clorox Wipes and a vacuum will help keep classroom clean and germ-free, ready for students everyday!
My students mean so much to me, but I need help to provide them with a clean and healthy environment in which learning comes first, not their grumbling tummies or runny noses.
