Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are just the best here at our elementary. I have a group of student ambassadors who are fifth graders and they are in charge of incorporating Fuel Up to Play 60 in our school.
My students show off their unique qualities and abilities in class.
They have a willingness to learn, they demonstrate positive behavior by being safe, respectful, and responsible. They always want to be in P.E. class and be student leaders throughout our school and are looking for new challenges to solve in P.E.
My Project
The following materials on our wish list for our Fuel Up to Play 60 Health Club here at our elementary will not only benefit my club members, but will also increase the participation of my students in P.E. with exciting new games to try out. Students will have the opportunity to enhance their sports skills as well as be able to use their own equipment during class.
Our goal is class vs.class team matches such as basketball, etc.
We also want the opportunity to bring for the first time students vs. teachers match games as well such as kickball, flag football, field day, and more.
