Health and Fitness for Students Post COVID-19

Help me give my students anatomical models and fitness equipment, the tools and equipment that will help improve their learning and fitness levels that they missed out on during the COVID-19 pandemic.

My Students

My students were severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in their fitness levels as well as their overall physical education. Many students did not have adequate access to exercise opportunities and equipment to continue to meet the developmental steps needed at this point in their physical education. My hope is to create less need to share equipment and increase their physical fitness levels.

My Project

These resources will help students visually and kinesthetically learn and develop their physical fitness and knowledge about fitness concepts. With the help of this equipment and these learning aides, the students will be able to have a better understanding of their cardiovascular and muscular systems and will have better resources to put that knowledge to practice. This is crucial to help the students develop the fitness levels that they missed out on from being quarantined for half of a year. The students need the ability to be physically literate and physically fit for the rest of their lives and the time is now!
