Ms. R. from Columbus OH is requesting instructional technology through DonorsChoose, the most trusted classroom funding site for teachers.
Help me give my students a multipurpose head phones so they each can have their own personal headphones to use when they are working on their Chromebooks and these storage trays.

I work with students that receive free breakfast and lunch; they struggle every year to bring in school supplies and things we need for the room ex. (tissues, sanitizer etc.) My students are book-loving, avid readers, and enthusiastic learners. My students are always curious and creative; my students are eager to immerse themselves in any kind of challenge. They are fearless when it comes to technology and, as children of the 21st century, they need to be prepared to use a variety of tools to engage their world.
My students are creative, thoughtful and full of questions!
They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. Truly, they are my inspiration!
The trays will be used in our storage compartment for the students to store folders, papers, art projects, prizes etc. They will be a part of my students "mailboxes". This is where they would take the stuff inside the tray home daily, but keeps the room neat.
The headphones will be used for the students while they are on their Chromebooks.
These will help with the noise in the background. The headphones will help them pay close attention to what is being said which will help with their focusing during a lesson being taught.
