My students need headphones so they can continue to read books, play math games, do research for their writing, and turn their writing into a movie on the iPad.

My Students

My kindergarteners are active, kind, talented, and curious students who love to be independent and use technology.

My students live in a low-income neighborhood that surrounds our small Title 1 school.

Some of our students live in low-income housing, several do not speak English at home, and others have already moved more than once in their young school careers. I want school to be a safe and stable place for my students to learn. They are excited to use the iPads we have in our classroom.

My Project

Welcome to kindergarten where you hear all kinds of sounds! We are reading books and making movies on our iPads, doing research for our writing, and playing math games to get smarter on our iPads. All of these things require us to have the volume turned up on our iPads.

With all of this noise, we are in need of some headphones to help us concentrate on our learning!

Most headphones are good for a while, then break after a month or two of use. Good sets of headphone will allow my students to use them on a daily basis, without the fear or worry of them breaking.
