This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My second-grade students are creative, thoughtful and ready to learn. They love working in groups and engaging lessons! They are always prepared to learn something new and help out their peers when they need it! I love these group of students. They are so sweet and fun to work with.

My Project

I am a new teacher second grade teacher at a Title 1 school. I have tried to make learning fun and innovative this year. One of the resources we are very thankful for is online resources. Each one of my students have their own Chromebook but don't have headphones of their own.

It would be amazing if we could get a classroom set.

These headphones will allow each student to participate on their own online learning without being disturbed by others around them.

I know they have tried to lower their sound off to be respectful of those around them but I really want them to take the most out of the online lessons and resources.
