My Students
Kids are learning when they don't even realize they are! They love hands-on, fun activities that keep them engaged in their learning. Often times my students think they are "playing," when they are actively learning.
I teach 22 first graders at a Title One campus whose students often lack many experiences allowed to other children.
Despite the challenges they face daily, my students come to school each day with a smile on their face and are ready to learn. They are always working hard to produce their best results.
My Project
My students need headphones to use with the technology in our classroom. Having the headphones will allow students to work on differentiated levels while using our iPads and computers.
Students LOVE to use iPads and computers!
Students learn at different levels and need to have a way to work independently with our reading and math programs while using technology.
Having the headphones will allow them be actively engaged without hearing the multiple day to day distractions that arise in the classroom. Less distractions means more focus, which means a greater amount of learning that is happening and improved reading levels.
