My kindergarten students are extremely eager to learn. Each of my students come from a different walk of life, but they all come into my classroom and we truly become a family.
Many of my students come from low-income families or from families whose native language is not English.
Despite having hurdles in their lives even at the age of 5 and 6, they bring their all to school and strive to reach their goals. It is amazing to watch their little minds work and grow throughout the year.
My Project
We have been blessed to adopt a great math program through our curriculum that allows for each child to work on differentiated materials. They are working on skills tailored to what they need on a fun platform that can be used on computers or iPads.
My kids are loving the program, but we are constantly having a battle with our headphones.
They often have to disrupt my small group because our headphones are slowly fading away. These new headphones will solve all of our problems. They will fold up nicely to be stored away, the cords are made for not tangling, and the volume control will allow for the students to be more independent.
