This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are a culturally diverse group with many unique backgrounds and very strong immigrant roots. America is a melting pot and it is this collaboration of different cultures that makes our learning environments so great. My classroom has continuing ELL students and others new to our country. These students' language barriers are often crossed with visual support and plenty of hands-on experiences to actively learn English and science. My students are always eager to learn especially when lessons are visually enriched.

My Project

Please help us fund our project to get a class set of Sony headphones. We have a rich Science curriculum and we love to further enhance it with sound.

Parents like you believe in education and we love that you are “hear” to support auditory learners.

We have visual and kinetic lab activities covered. These headphones will help us round out all three learning modalities by providing the auditory component.

Our school is grateful to all the parents that support us in our overall mission in providing your children with the most current technologies and teaching strategies. You are the best.
