My Students

Our classroom is a BROAD range of abilities. We are the high ability cluster classroom in our grade level with several, but not all, high ability students. Although we have so many different ability levels we all love to explore and learn. We especially love learning with songs and getting our hands on things! As the teacher I try to stretch and challenge each student no matter their ability level. We are a Title I school, in a small community, with many students receiving free or reduced lunch.

My Project

My students need headphones to do many activities in our classroom. We use them for Listening Station as well was workin on our iPads daily.

With headphones that work my students will spend less time worrying about headphones and more time listening to books being read aloud.

They will be able to get to work right away when working at stations. It will causes less time off task and more time getting things done to improve their learning.

If we receive these headphones our classroom will be able to run more smoothly. I am constantly trying to fix broken headphones instead of getting the time that I need to work with small groups of students.
