This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I am Mr. C. and I have just begun my first year of teaching!

While I am slightly nervous, I am confident that I will do a good job because I have a great team behind me.

My students are great so far; they are fun to teach and converse with, and they seem to be great listeners.

I want to make sure I do all I can to help elevate them to the next grade level--I am excited to try.

My Project

Good headphones are hard to come by! They NEVER last; either the sound goes out in one ear, one ear breaks off from the band, or the band itself bends beyond repair.

Can my kids and I just have a set of headphones that will not give my students trouble and will allow them to work efficiently in the computer station?

I have asked my students' parents to send in headphones but I haven't had much luck with that, so I am asking the DonorsChoose.org community for help...

I am asking for 20 sets of heavy-duty headphones that my kids can use with the desktops, laptop cart, and with the class computer cart. Thank you very much!
