My kindergarten students are active and learn the best when they are in a safe and happy place to engage in lessons. We have a large amount of Title One students that qualify for free or reduced lunch so a lot of them come from low income families with numerous challenges. Some of my students are homeless or come from displaced families, so providing them with an environment that is happy, comfortable, and safe is important. I feel that through these endeavors, I can foster a love for learning that will last a lifetime.
My students are in desperate need of developmentally appropriate headphones! Noot Kids Headphones are just what my students need to stay focused during iPad workstations, computer lab, listening centers, and computer based testing. Due to funding limitations, our Title One school is only able to provide adult sized headphones to our students.
When kindergartners use headphones that are too big for them, it becomes very frustrating for them and they are unable to focus on the lesson or task at hand.
By having headphones that fit their heads properly, they can concentrate on learning instead of adjusting headphones that just don't fit!
