Help me give my students more appropriate sized headphones to improve their focus and leveled books to learn how to read.

My classroom consists of students from kindergarten to 2nd grade, with varied disabilities. In addition, 70% of them are English Language Learners.
My students are an amazing group!
They are very caring and helpful to each other. They look out for each other throughout the day, ensuring that everyone is where they should be for class and they take the initiative to help each other during instruction without being asked to do so.
My students also work very hard and takes pride in their work even when a skill becomes a challenge for them. When a required goal is met, my students are so proud to share with their peers and even carry the computer around to show me that they did well; And, even when their goals aren't met, they quickly regroup after I have ensured that we will work on the skill to achieve their goal.
My students are in need of headphones that fit them properly during computer time and engaging books that will keep their attention and interest in learning how to read.
Our existing classroom headphones are too big and bulky, making it difficult for my students to focus on their lesson.
They are constantly adjusting them or even taking them off, which interferes with their learning and the rest of the classmates as the volume becomes a distraction. The class would benefit in having smaller headphones so they will not be inclined to fidget with or take them off and be able to spend more time on focusing on their lesson.
During, reading time, my students flips through the pages of the book as opposed to trying to read the book. Most of the books in the classroom are not leveled for them to learn how to read. My students would benefit in books that are engaging and at their level to help them become effective readers.
