Headphones and White Boards

Help me give my students headphones and whiteboards. These are things that we use daily! My students would be so excited to have working headphones, and whiteboards they can erase without spider cracks and chips!

My Students

I teach 3rd grade to an amazing bunch of 28 kids! This year has proven to be very diverse, academically speaking. As usual, I have high kids, low kids, and all those in between. However, this year, my low kids appear to be much lower than I've seen in the past. This group of third graders were little first graders when Covid shut the schools down in 2020. Then last year we wore masks all year and got out of school early. Things felt a little backwards all year.

I'm hoping with some newer supplies, I can help all of the learners in my class feel successful in our classroom!

My Project

New headphones will help us to use the new math program purchased by our district. Each student works at their own level/pace, and headphones are so important! We also do so many other fun and educational withstanding with our chromebooks and lately my students have been super frustrated with their broken headphones.

We use our whiteboards daily while we learn math together.

Students are excited to show me their work on their boards. The boards we have currently are cracked and damaged. These new whiteboards will look so much more clean and easy to use!
