This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
I work with the youngest children in our district, 4 and 5 years old, prekindergarten. They are sweet, kind, and love hands-on activities. They are my inspiration! I work in a very low income school where 90% of the student population qualifies for free lunch and most of the students are English Language Learners. My goal is to provide the best learning opportunity for my students so they can we stay highest potential. I am a dedicated teacher who wants to change the lives of young children.
My Project
The headphones, mice, and mouse pads will be use daily during small group activity in my classroom and throughout of the day. The headphones, mice, and mouse pads will allow the students to manipulate objects and increase computer skills since most of them do not have a computer at home to play with. This will also allow me to focus on increasing their learning through the use of technology.
By donating to our project, you will help to improve and increase students' computer skills.
Through using a mouse to click on an object on the computer screen, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.
